Clean, modern. Decent breakfast. Close to everything.
Great hotel but the shower leaked and caused water everywhere each night. That was just my room. I set up late checkout with 3 different individuals but still had issues.
Room was very clean but there is no parking at the hotel on weekends they need to give you the address to the public parking lot as back up so you know where to go. When I asked for clean towels they house keeping said they would put them In our room they never did During booking asked for 2 extra blankets never received them I am just a very cold person and so one of the others with us glad we just packed our own blankets When we set trash out side our room before house keeping went through they never pick up the trash at a... read more
I've never left a negative review before and unfortunately this has to be my first. There was no greeting or even a hello when I approached the counter to check in. Despite having an advanced booking, the front desk staff just muttered at the computer during the check in process and acted like me being there was a bit of an inconvenience. When check in was complete, they just gave me my keys and sent me off (no mention of breakfast or any of the hotel amenities). I think they MAYBE said 5 words to me, total.
