I was a customer this week at Hyatt House in Pittsburgh (South). The hotel is a mess with construction, particularly the parking garage. My vehicle got stuck in a spot because the spots are extremely tight, and there is construction materials and furniture stacked everywhere. I ended up damaging my vehicle in two places. I then parked in one of four open handicapped places - the one furthest from the door.
