Very good
Not recommended for GAP bike riders. The hotel is in a good location right on the GAP and near many good restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have well-appointed, functional kitchenettes suitable for an extended stay. When I arrived, I was stopped in the lobby by the gentleman at the front desk and told that we could not bring our bikes inside the hotel and store them in our room (an unwritten policy that could not be referenced). This Hyatt House hotel has typical amenities such as Internet, a swimming pool, fitness center, business center, breakfast, a market, and a bar. My husband and I sometimes do a staycation here. The garage parking has tight spaces and costs extra. We like the room amenities, but the walls could be more sound-proof so we do not hear other customers. The hotel is within walking distance of other businesses.
Don’t even bother trying to call to ask for help with anything, I called 4 times trying to get help and every single time they hung up with no notice or they would call and transfer you without any notice or letting you explain that you don’t need whatever they are transferring you too! I’m highly dissatisfied and haven’t even stayed here yet!
Clean, modern. Decent breakfast. Close to everything.
