Food poisoning from buffet Edit: called the hotel to inform them and they kind of just blew me off. Their food was the only food I had that day so I know it was from them. Was told I’d hear back and they haven’t reached out or said anything.

I had a really lovely experience this morning at the Hyatt House Indianapolis. I arrived right as breakfast had just closed and was rushing to a client meeting, and Jody from the restaurant went out of her way to help me anyway. She quickly went into the kitchen and gathered eggs, sausage, cheese, juice, and coffee for me so I wouldn’t have to leave hungry. I like staying here because the staff is actually really nice so convenient for all the Indiana Pacers games right across the street. The reason for the low rating is the parking. They always double charged me and I always had to call to get some money back. I quit telling them I was parking there and just used my debit card to pay to leave the next morning on my own without going through the hotel and I had no problems.
