The hotel was clean and quiet and in the perfect location. The valet service was fast and so polite and easy. Overall would come and stay here again.

Hotel is nice but they call full kitchen and there is only one pan in the room and that too a nonstick one with the coating all scraped off so unusable: I called the front desk in the morning and they said someone will bring one. 12 hours later I had to call again and they said they will get back but most likely have none left. It’s frustrating to learn that such a big place not have extra pans especially when the ones they have are worn out?

The street between the Hyatt and the field house is a major drag strip. Cars racing, revving engines all hours of the night. Elevator broke had students trapped in it. Sofa bed broke had to have maintenance fix do my student could use. Breakfast variety....no variety. Won't be returning any time soon.

Overall, I had a really great stay. I would have given it a full 5-star if the items I accidentally left behind had not gone missing. The hotel itself was super nice, clean, & had pretty much everything I could ask for. Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. I also used the gym during my stay and had a great workout experience there. One of the biggest highlights was definitely the breakfast.
