The only nice thing about this hotel is the view. Spent the entire day and evening attending a ballroom dancing competition at this hotel. The dining room service was awful. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone even came to our table. When we finally placed the order again the wait for food was very long and our Eggs Benedict was not even hot. My first NYC wedding experience as a vendor and I could not be more pleased . 1/7/17. I was also a guest @ the wedding and an overnight guest . The staff was so personable and accomidating . The lobby bar and rooms are impecable , with the best views one can imagine of the hudson and NYC skyline .. Even better then being in the heart of NYC . Stunning !!!
