The hotel customer service is amazing. When I checked in front desk associate Tyler was extremely polite, respectful and welcoming and it made us feel like we did the right thing to get the World of Hyatt membership. The rates are amazing and the room is awesome. 10/10
i always stay here when i go to seattle, got a room upgrade same price. rooms are comfy, pool is clean.
Terrible place to live, DO NOT RENT HERE! If you’re going to rent, choose a rental building instead of one where you are subject to the owners whims. I moved here primarily for the pool which was impossible to use because it was constantly filled with kids and hotel guests. My storage unit was illegally occupied by another resident. After I reported this to the concierge they did nothing for 3 weeks. I don’t know if it was racism or another form of discrimination but the head concierge even tried to bar me from reaching out ... read more

The room was not ready when promised. And there were screaming kids at the pool. Not loud talking, but high pitched screaming. It was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
Great hotel with an amazing staff! Will for sure be coming back
