This is supposed to be a wellness hotel. We requested a quiet room and did not get one.The rooms are not soundproof as we listened to a screaming child for a three day stay here. Apparently, children are also allowed to scream in the pool and made their presence known in the lobby while climbing all over tables and furniture like a jungle gym-while parents looked on and ignored them.
