I have to say the room was clean and comfortable, but I would not recommend using the stairwell. Apparently they have a problem with vagrants coming into the hotel or something because when I used the stairs security was waiting for me at the exit and wouldn't let me back into the hotel without confirming I had a room with the front desk attendant. When you pay high dollar for a room you expect to be treated like a guest, not a criminal:(
Had a wonderful time in the heart of the city for a weekend staycation. Great staff, and beautiful views.
The vellet sucked. They acted like assholes and were nit helpful at all. Weve never been here, kike we know what were suppose to do
The employees were nice but things just kept getting screwed up. Didn't get the romance package on time (had to ask for it 3 times), they took a card for "accidentals" but charged the room to it (on top of charging the credit card) so we didn't have the $ we saved for vacation, the valet also lost our car for a half hour. They tried to make up for it by giving us an hour long couples massage and comped 1 night. I would not stay here again.
Stayed at both your hotels (Grand and this one) very happy with service from both sets of staff and cleanliness of the hotels! Very accommodating all round!
