When our group arrived rooms were not reserved that took almost an hour of standing around and waiting. Had a corner room wasn't bad if you don't mind looking into building's under construction. And now after a very long day thought we might relax and watch some tv... No signal and on hold trying to reach someone.
Very nice rooms were great food view, everything in walking distance. The people are very nice.
The room was very good. Aircon perfect. Bed comfort the best I have slept on.It was perfect as we were here prior to the Settle to Sydney cruise.
Staff very polite. Great super fast lifts. Nice room. Beautiful big bathroom but it had not been cleaned properly therefore 3 stars.
Pretty amazing! I really loved the breakfast. The gym was awesome too. My favorite was the city lights at night, and people watching.
