Nice place! I have tried other shops but always come back to this one. They do a great job and the flowers are always much nicer. They last longer. The prices are reasonable too.
How's this for service! I ordered flowers for the first time from South End Floral a few weeks ago for my wife's combination retirement and birthday. Actually I found them through this internet site and was impressed with the reviews. The floweres were to be delivered to her place of work, but, through a communication error that was probably more my fault than theirs, the flowers were delivered later in the day than requested.The arrangement itself was absolutly stunning and lasted a very long time. South End Floral is fantastic! South End Floral did the flowers for our wedding this past July and we couldn't have been any happier with our entire experience! The flowers were beautiful! The delivery was right on time and the delivery guys knew exactly what was going on! Bob was outstanding! We didn't have to worry about anything. I look forward to doing business with them again.
South End Floral is highly recommended. I worked at Buffalo China for 18 years before it closed. We ALWAYS used South End Floral. I can't say enough about the excellent service. Always VERY accommodating and beautiful arrangements. Bob and his staff always make sure their customer is satisfied.
not impressed I always heard wonderful things about South End Floral so I went there for my wedding flowers. The owner was great when I sat down with him the first time. Another time when I was there to touch base with him, he was impatient with me when I was trying to decide on my centerpieces. I ended up just having him do my boquets but not my centerpieces because of that.
