Great Service! I stopped in at 5:27 when the shop was to close at 5:30. I needed flowers for a friend who unexpectedly was in the hospital, and Bob was so helpful and didn't try to rush me. In fact, he made sure I was happy with an arrangement before he would let me walk out the door. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you!

Perfect every time! My company sent an arrangement by South End Floral to me after a recent hospitalization. The arrangement was absolutely breathtaking! I have subsequently used them for all my business and personal floral needs, and they continue to exceed my expectations. Thank you for the great job and excellent customer service you provide.

Tracy M. I can't say enough wonderful things about Bob at Southend Floral. He and his staff do the most amazing floral arrangements. No matter what the occasion it is always perfect. I will always recommend Southend Floral. I was sent flowers from Southend while hospitalized, and they were so beautiful that the nurses were bringing people into my room to look at them. I was suprised that they were still there when I woke up the next morning.

Outstanding Service I recently ordered flowers for my Mother' 79th birthday. South End tried three times before they were able to deliver the flowers but persisted until they reached her so that she would have the flowers on her birthday. They even called me long distance to let me know they had arrived. My mother was thrilled and reports that the flowers are gorgeous. I will definitely use this florist again.

Wonderful Experience! This is the first time I've ever posted a comment online but I absolutely had to....Bob at South End Floral really came through for me BIG TIME!! I live in Florida and needed to send flowers to my best friend's mom who had just been released from the hospital. I didn't want to go the FTD route because of bad experiences in the past. JUST WONDERFUL Bob and his colleagues at South End Floral have been adorning my home with beautiful flowers and aromas for several years. They are the people I turn to when I need floral arrangements for local and out of town friends, relatives and business associates. Every arrangement is a masterpiece created with love and pride. Best Flowers I had a parent who was hospitalized for many years. Each time we received an arrangement from South End, it got RAVE reviews from everyone who saw it. The arrangements were always so beautiful and unique! When making funeral arrangements there was no question where we would go for flowers...South End. Bob was so good to us, spent so much time helping us choose the right flowers. I would highly recommend South End for any Floral needs. They are truly the best in the area.
