I am grateful to find a new quality pharmacy 4+ months ago! Hy-Vee pharmacy located on 7180 10TH ST N. OAKDALE, MN 55128. After 9 years with Allina Health United Pharmacy located in United Hospital at 333 North Smith Ave, St.Paul MN. The entire staff at Hy-Vee pharmacy are professional, knowledgeable, polite and very nice. I have ZERO complaints with several monthly prescriptions. Thank you so much!
I am angry I have to give them a star to make a review. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! THEY BILL YOUR INSURANCE FOR THINGS THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU. This happened more than once and the first time they made it right, the last time they did not. I feel taken advantage of because I have multiple prescriptions and items to pick up and being disabled I can not always go myself. Terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for my medication and was treated terribly by an older staff member. Made me extremely uncomfortable even when I tried my best to be nice. She was excessively dismissive and rude to me (Asian) but was polite to other customers(white).
The staff are friendly so that’s the one star. My partner and i have issues getting our refills EVERY single time. it’s always “contact your provider” then the provider says to contact the pharmacy, or i’m told i have to pay for medications i have insurance for, half of the staff clearly aren’t sure of what’s going on at least half of the time and need someone to come and help them… not to mention i get texts from them or my doctor saying my meds are ready for pick up and guess what, they usually aren’t. I'm having a hard time and questioning the 3 star average on google reviews. I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Oakdale location. Obviously the people that are giving the poor reviews have other issues that are clearly not the pharmacy's fault. great job Hy-Vee......keep up the good work
