Have a great experience with my prescriptions here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Carol! She was so patient and helped me figure out which coupon saves me the most with the prescription that insurance won't cover.
I picked up a prescription today, and it turned out that my insurance would not cover a cent of it. The pharmacist was no happier about the out-of-pocket cost than I was, and he took the time and effort to figure out a workaround with his supervisor. I won't disclose the dollar amounts, but they were able to offer a significant discount. Much appreciated!
I switched from CVS Target (which was not good) to Hy-Vee Oakdale about 2-3 years ago. Everyone at Hy-Vee Pharmacy is super helpful and kind. They get my prescriptions filled timely and efficiently. I have also had immunizations at their pharmacy; it was a quick, easy, and pain-free experience. I appreciate everyone at the pharmacy so much! I am so glad that I switched to Hy-Vee and highly recommend! Thanks to everyone who works at this pharmacy :) I really appreciate your help!
Most rude and incompetent staff. Unless your insurance only allows Hy-Vee pharmacy, go elsewhere where, where they will actually have your meds ready and accurate.
