Pharmacist was incredibly rude over the phone when i called to inquire about picking up my prescription. I have to call ahead every month because on the hyvee app it always says “working on it” so I can’t pay online and have it ready ahead of time, and if I just go to the pharmacy without calling it takes 20-30 minutes every single time. Just got off the phone with Kelsey, what a wonderful person! Walked me through all the steps on how to restore my services through them and a differ pharmacy as I’ve been in a different state.
We recently switched to this pharmacy and I have to say the workers are super friendly and explain things pretty well. A few times I've had encountered a situation that didn't meet expectations. Dr sent meds over at 9 AM. I came in at 7 pm to pick up and the only explanation was we will do it in the morning because they didn't have 1 of the 4 I needed. Everyone at grand ave HyVee is great! The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and kind, quite frequently going beyond their usual services. Thumbs up!
