Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They got a prescription FROM MY PSYCHIATRIST and apparently need to call him AGAIN (when his office is closed) to confirm SOMETHING THEY ALREADY SHOULD HAVE AN EXPLANATION AND APPROVAL FROM MY PSYCHIATRIST FOR? Because something something regulations. So I'm just supposed to be without my medication that I need to NOT feel like I'm dying, then? Do yourself a favor and never send anything here. Nobody will help you and nobody cares.
If your health care professional sends a prescription, but the insurance says it's too early to fill, the pharmacy just deletes the prescription. I'm used to places holding it until the insurance says it's ok. But Iowa exists in 1950 so
I was told my pharmacy would be here by 10or11 this morning. It is now5:10 in the afternoon and still have not gotten it. I need the pharmacy to please get me my prescription ASAP
Holy smokes. Took all day to fill a Rx without insurance. Showed up and it still wasn't done with quite literally 15+ people in line. Will not come back.
My girlfriend works here and is treated horribly by most of the staff. These people don’t have a life other than treating a poor underpaid worker unfairly. They give attitude for the simplest of questions, snarky remarks when she asked if she could help around, and annoyance and passive aggression for everything else.
