Unimpressed with any of the Hy-Vees in Sioux Falls. No organic meat, bread choice is dreadful. After being used to King Sooper grocery store in Cheyenne WY. Moved here three months ago expecting similar quality, am very disappointed.
Good luck finding anything. Their unhelpful employees at night is a lot like walking through the ghetto in the South side of Chicago. Everyone gives you a mean look like they're about to jump you. I will not be returning any time soon.
We just found out my 3 year old is allergic to milk. Today was our first trip to revamp our kitchen into a dairy free zone. Everyone was so helpful in finding items we needed. I want to especially thank the young gentleman working in the produce area today. I failed to get his name but my son was upset because he couldn't have the tootsie roll that they were handing out as we were entering the store. Unbelievable ... out of the 3 people I ask where something was, no one knew. I did, however, get a self guided tour of the store using directions I received from them. I eventually found what I was looking for ..on my own. When I ask the cashier about it, I was told no one knows where anything is except the folks with the ear pieces. I wonder what aile I could find them in? After all that I loaded my groceries myself. Not a big problem, but something I have never had to do at Hy-Vee before.
