Ordered online Monday and were supposed to pickup on Thursday night then it was delayed for 24 to 48 hours and after 24 hours was canceled
RecommendedIn the midst of the crazy COVID-19 storm... the employees at this store remained positive and incredibly helpful. I was able to use the aisles online to pick up my groceries and it was wonderful. They’re working so hard to keep us all safe & it does not go unnoticed!!! I went to do my normal weekly shopping last night and along with many, many others found lots of empty shelves. I realize and understand the difficulty for stores to keep products on hand when people go in a panicky shopping mode. However, I was SO impressed with the cheerful and helpful attitudes I encountered with EVERY Hy-Vee associate. Kudos to them all!!

We were surprised that the Market Grille had changed its format on Sunday, May 5th. The buffet was limited, service was reduced, and waffles, biscuits, and cinnamon rolls were as hard as bricks. The other food was satisfactory. We won’t be back for the buffet. We love the rest of the store!
