I ordered 2 dozen roses to be delivered the next day. I received a email message that they didn't have what I ordered in stock, it would be delivered 3 days later and would receive a $13 credit for the inconvenience. The bouquet that was delivered late, included 3 roses and a bunch of carnations. I know that 21 roses costs more than $13. Also, why would I want a $13 credit for something that didn't deliver accurately the first time?

I would like to shout out a big thank you to the floral department at Hy- vee west for coming through in a big way. I needed to send flowers for a funeral back to Mason City and I am in Arkansas and was worried about if it would be what I was asking for with a limited description and not being able to visually see anything .
