I don’t eat gluten so buy quite a few things at this store’s health market section. Today, everything was rearranged and I couldn’t find my usual crackers quickly. My ride was waiting so I was in a panic to find them because they are specific to Hy-Vee. Finally I pulled up their website and it showed several in stock so I went up and down the aisles more slowly, looking high and low, ignoring the category signs. Did not deliver on the selected day and was not at the price , was about $30 more .
I have bought from Hy-Vee floral multiple times for different things. Yesterday I was going to order a wrist corsage for my 9 year old online . They had options for $25,30 and $35. I decided to call and pace the order. I told them the dress was black and white so add a pop of color and I wanted a $25 arrangement. I showed up to pick this up and they charged me $35 and added no color. Highly disappointed but have no time to find a new one. Pretty but not what I ordered or the price I asked for
