Poor customer service and bad record keeping. People at the flowers section not friendly at all. Ordered flowers online yesterday but when I came to pick it up, they said they do not have a record of my order. Good thing I had an email copy of my online order. Even the person who looked like the manager looked confused. Guess what, the vase of flowers was just sitting in one of the shopping carts. Good thing the flowers looked great.
