We just had a disappointing meal here. I ordered from the Asian food line. My meal wasn't hot. It was a little above room temperature at best. Some idiot made it inconvenient to pay by making you walk all the way to the end of the food line instead of paying next to where you sit to eat. This used to be one of our favorite stops for lunch. I trying to talk to the manager of the Asian food line. He couldn't take any suggestions but he did offer to warm up my meal. Been shopping at Hy-Vee for many many years! I absolutely love this store for many reasons! All staff in every department is very friendly and they always have a smile on their face! I love walking through the store and have many employees call me by my first name! It makes me feel good to know they respect me as a customer and take the time to say hello!
The floral department is staffed by some of the best designers in the business. With over 100 years of combined experience, you can't go wrong with ordering your flowers with Hannah and her crew!
