After a very bad recent experience at the Market Grille, my husband emailed a manager and detailed some of the reasonable things we noticed fell pretty short upon our visit. He never ended up getting a response from anyone and eventually I took matters into my own hands and emailed the director. We *still* have not heard back from anyone and it is very clear that the customer service at this location leaves A LOT to be desired. highly disappointed that you are removing the kitchen from your store. I used to buy super for work 4x a week.
I ordered a birthday cake for my sons birthday and have never been so disappointed. ZERO effort was put in to it. The entire cake was one printed, edible image. They didn’t even take the time to pipe on “Happy Birthday”, just included in a printed image. I will NEVER order another cake from here again.
It's a great store, friendly people, and they give back to the community. A+!
