The bakery is going down hill..... The last couple of weeks I have noticed the donut case has gone down in the choices
Friendly, fresh produce and meat. Nice sea food selection.
Hyvee East has a serious issue with employees in the bakery who can not put bread thru the slicer and bag it. Plus the bread machine is ancient and needs replacement!! Than it’s the customers fault for asking whole bread to be sliced.

I do all of my shopping at Hy-Vee but today the bakery must have been having a bad morning. I understand a store open 24 hours sometimes gets caught and pulled to do other things so maybe they’re a few minutes late on some things. But the store is no longer 24 hours so there’s no real plausible reason a donut case shouldn’t be ready when the store does open. 6:15, eh okay a little behind not a big deal. Almost 6:45? one of your assistant manager distracted me by talking about a sports team hat I was wearing and making comments. I was dealing with a family emergency at the time and all wanted to do was pay for my grocery and go home. I was so irritated that I nearly left my grocery and walked out.
I want to Thank you. Eric came out to Scotts with our breakfast early. The french was good. We love the biscuits and gravy. It was all hot. We appreciate you.
