I think they are great . Nice friendly people everytime I'm there and great savings last time I paid 10 cents for a tank of gas thanks to all the great sales. I am vet happy with hyvee and everything they do to help me save thank you hyvee.
In 2013, I helped open the Italian Deli. We worked hours designing and perfecting the recipes for the pizzas. One of our best was the bacon cheeseburger pizza, we called it the mac attack. Last night, we were looking for a pizza, I bragged all the way to HyVee about how delicious our bacon cheeseburger pizza was and how well it sold. It was the worst pizza I ever had. Nice people. Loved the lay out of the store. But mostly the employee are kind.
They go above and beyond to try to get the items u are wanting.
The service I received today on minor issues was nothing like the Fairfield, Iowa Hy-Vee. I will now continue to buy my groceries at Fairfield, for there customer service is genuine!
Just wanted to write and give a huge shout out to Clifford in the Pizza kitchen. He was super busy with a huge order and took the time to cook our pizza for us. We barely waited and he was so apologetic for our wait. Thanks Clifford for your hard work and yummy pizza!!!!
