Recommendedthe only problem I have is when we order stuff online and don't get said item because it claims to be "out of stock" so I go in and there is plenty of said items on the self
RecommendedI love Hyvee!!! A little disappointed though to see how many employees there today were wearing their masks below their noses! May as well not even have them on. Even the men at the seafood/meat counter had theirs below their noses. Don’t bother if you aren’t going to wear them properly!
RecommendedYesterday, we placed an Aisles-Online order. Due to a computer glitch, our order was not ready at the assigned time. It was raining and they were terribly busy. Staff was very professional, friendly and apologetic. Since our order was not ready on time, they offered to deliver our groceries. We did not expect this, but they insisted! About an hour later, our groceries were delivered to our house (about 5 miles out of Kirksville) along with a Hy-Vee gift card and a bucket of fried chicken! I worked for Hy-vee for almost 2 years and was let go because I was mislead by my manager, HR and the new store manager to believe that I would be able to work at Aldi full time and still work at Hy-vee part time. I committed to a full time position at Aldi and signed down to part time position at Hy-vee. When I saw that I wasn’t scheduled I began asking questions as to why. One of the pharmacy workers rolled her eyes at me when I walked past the lady and I’ve seen for myself that one employee in specific was so passive aggressive and racist to one of the customers.
