Great Store!
On Tuesday April 28 in the evening I saw some of the best customer care at the Hy Vee in Oskaloosa. When I arrived there were about 10 people in line ahead of me. The young man behind the counter was busy waiting on customers and there was another one cooking the food. It was explained that there was an issue and it resulted in no big wok to cook with only a small one. The workers kept positive attitudes and offered frequent apologies and the one at the counter even offered to have those in line taste the food that was ready... read more
