I want to extend a HUGE thank you to the lady who made my cake on the friday night before my wedding. She did a beautiful elegant job. I originally ordered a cake out of the wedding cake book to which I received a cake that looked nothing like what was discussed. This genuinely upset me and after jumping through tons of hoops I was able to reach a manager to replace the cake. After the situation was made right, I was blown away by the replacement cake. Thank you to Hy-vee West aisles online for helping me make the best of a bad situation! After an unforeseen injury at the gym I didn't know how I was going to get groceries with 3 kids and Sherry and her amazing crew came to the rescue! Now I can focus on taking care of myself. bollons dont last a mer hour. Store is dirty and a few employees I just rude I asked for paper versus plastic the checkout gal was nasty to me
I've noticed lately that the only way Hy-vee markets their sales to customers is tied to purchasing multiple quantities in order to get sale price. Being a very busy mom I don't have time to read fine print. Only to realize after I've purchased I didn't get what I thought was a sale..I will definitely shop at my fav. small town store Miller's that offers awesome sales where I know exactly what I'm getting..no games!
