Matt, an employee of Hy-Vee ought to be employee of the year! When I called (from Grand Rapids, MN) to ask for a deli basket made up & delivered to Waldorf he got right on it. Took a picture of it for approval, delivered it & waited for the recipient to finish getting home from the doctor (accident) to give it to them. Matt, you are AWESOME! What a great employee and a great store!

The HyVee bakery wins again! They’ve made cakes for all my kids’ birthdays for the last 7 years and have always done a great job! This year I took in a picture of what I wanted—2 cakes that were slightly different— and crossed my fingers it would be something they could do... and they nailed it!!! Always very helpful. Mary in Pharmacy knew my doctor really wanted me to get my shingles shots but there is an shortage so after I stopped to get one could they didn’t have any they could give out so she put me in her mind memory and the following month when the shipment came in she had someone call me right away! Now that’s service!
I really like the extra events they put on to keep the community connected
