RecommendedWe let Hy-Vee prepare our 2020 thanksgiving meal. Easy pick up the night before. Everything was delicious! Just reheat and serve! We enjoyed it so much that we ordered our Christmas dinner from Hy-Vee. Again everything was delicious! Price is right, we will be doing our holiday dinners this way from now on. Great value for your money!
Went to shop tonight and though it was a chaotic mess and busier than usual there was no attempt at distancing or any type of order to mitigate COVID19 and nobody was at the door to enforce the masking policy. The least that can be done is wear masks; I don't need to be behind an anti-masker in line getting groceries.
I had to fill 4 prescriptions for my dog last night at 8 pm and they worked so quickly and were so nice. They even found me some coupons to help with the cost. Everyone was so nice and seemed very concerned about my dog that just had surgery. I can't say enough good things about them. I really appreciated the kindness and quick work!
My wedding cake was so beautiful and soooo delicious! It was a huge hit and they did exactly what I wanted! So easy to work with! Thanks guys!
Online shopping is the best! customer service is above and beyond. I never get bad produce and always get a good substitution if they are out. I pull up and am loaded and ready to go within 10 minutes. Keep up the great work!!
Man Hy-Vee customer service never ceases to amaze me! Every single time I’m in this store shopping I can always find help, ask questions, wonderful bakery, and get great meats at the meat department. Today was a great example of the wonderful service you guys provide. I had a online order placed, and due to covid most of my order wasn’t in stock. Ordered a cookie cake on short notice. We had a tropical theme birthday party and was so impressed with the design! It was perfect!
Only issue I have with this Hy-Vee is their bagging practices. Just picked up an online and pickup order, and requested paper bags (because I believe in the environmental waste of plastic bags). Even with the paper bags, I got 3 bags with 1 item in them each. 1 bag only had 1 women's deodorant stick 1 bag only had 1 bag of chips 1 bag only had 1 veggie bag of 2 cucumbers All 3 of these items could have easily gone in the other bags of stuff. My fiancé and I were looking for places to order donuts for our wedding and Nick Bode was extremely helpful. He was able to accommodate my special requests for donuts we wanted and was very helpful and prompt with responding to my emails. Thank you! We cannot wait to see how they turn out.
