Outstanding customer service regarding my online shopping order. Zach and his team went beyond my expectations.
I frequent North Hy-Vee often&always have a great experience whether I’m grocery shopping, picking up food from the kitchen, or getting Starbucks. Today I called at 10:30 AM and asked if they could get a cake made&decorated by 2 PM. Luis from the bakery did an AMAZING job, &had it done early! They saved the birthday party!
