North HyVee is one of the cleanest & friendliest grocery stores in the Ottumwa area. If you can't find an item here, let any employee know & they'll find a way to get it for you. My shopping experience is always great at North HyVee!
Since you guys got rid of the only descent employee in your kitchen (Jimmy), could you also get rid of the flies swarming the dining room? And the numerous health code violations in your kitchen/Chinese departments? Oh, and while your at it, how about getting rid of the love affair between Jeff Stutchel and Ina Cavin??! From what Joy Thompson and Diane in the kitchen say, it really creates some negative tension!!
No matter what it is employees at this store go above and beyond to help! Ina is an exceptional store director and will handle any situation that comes up with grace!! She and the rest of the team are wonderful!
Came in for cigarettes and my fiance was getting gas I waited 5 mins at the register while the casher stayed and cleaned the hot dog machine AFTER the 3rd person come in she came to the register she seemed completely absent minded I finally got waited on went out to our car to find my fiance still waiting for the pump to turn on so we left and went to get gas elsewhere not good service
