If I didn't already have a job I would apply at Altoona Hy Vee. Always a decent experience when I shop there.
I shop at this location simply because it's convenient for my family. I have ordered online a few times. The last time, I received moldy green beans. I called the store to ask what I needed to do. The associate didn't know and suggested I bring them back to the store. This was in July when my husband was away for military training. The last thing I wanted to do was load up 2 toddlers and go to the store - hence the reason I ordered online. 7pm on a Monday, redemption machine would not accept Coke cans....seriously?..it's Coke. When asked attendant he said "I don't know"..no offer to help. After waiting for too long in express (only one person open) I jumped to a register that just finished only To be told by the young man "I'm closed"...no sorry, no sir...just I'm closed.
