Love going to the Altoona Hy-Vee! Fuel Saver has helped me get free gas quite a few times!
We've always had great experiences with HyVee Online. Ordered 6 hours ago for delivery between 12-1pm and it is now 1:35pm, no groceries. Our lunch is in this delivery so highly inconvenient unfortunately. I'm bummed with the incorrect time window and so are my hungry kiddos.
An occasional employee will be courteous, but most apparently hate their job. Pharmacy staff are a whole other ball of wax (not recommended). Customer service has gone down the drain at this location, very sad.
I ordered the firecracker bouquet they didn't have one of the flower. So they called and told me they could still do the same design but with different flowers. And I have to say I love it so much more! The flowers are perfect! It has all the flowers my fiancé's grandma loves! It's absolutely perfect! They never disappoint me when they do flowers for me! Thank you so much hyvee floral for the beautiful flowers!
Your managers are jokes ..treating customers like they are white trash i am highly angry with customer service and rude people....like manager Mike
I have always had good food and service At all the Hyvees. Waitress are frendly, food is served hot.
Since when do you have to bag your own groceries at HyVee? Quit being cheap and hire some help!!
When you post that Chinese opens at 11am it should be filled and ready. At 11:09am the Chinese only had crab rangoon & egg rolls ready. At 11:20 only the orange & sesame chicken. Very disappointed & 1/2 hour lunch time waisted and I didn't get anything. - Edited - they made it right! Took 2 tried to get it corrected but it was fixed.
