Price gouging. Shame on you guys
one of your assistant manager distracted me by talking about a sports team hat I was wearing and making comments. I was dealing with a family emergency at the time and all wanted to do was pay for my grocery and go home. I was so irritated that I nearly left my grocery and walked out.
Hyvee Fitchburg is always very helpful to the customers
We just had a disappointing meal here. I ordered from the Asian food line. My meal wasn't hot. It was a little above room temperature at best. Some idiot made it inconvenient to pay by making you walk all the way to the end of the food line instead of paying next to where you sit to eat. This used to be one of our favorite stops for lunch. I trying to talk to the manager of the Asian food line. He couldn't take any suggestions but he did offer to warm up my meal. After a very bad recent experience at the Market Grille, my husband emailed a manager and detailed some of the reasonable things we noticed fell pretty short upon our visit. He never ended up getting a response from anyone and eventually I took matters into my own hands and emailed the director. We *still* have not heard back from anyone and it is very clear that the customer service at this location leaves A LOT to be desired. Words can’t even explain how unbelievably happy my husband and I are with EVERYTHING Hy-Vee provided for our wedding last night. We had our cupcakes/small cake, food and flowers all done through the Fitchburg Hy-Vee. Scott and Brandon are absolute rockstars. The flowers were MASTERPIECES. Our 6” red velvet naked cake was beautiful. People were raving about all the food, especially the smoked chicken and each mini cupcake was delicious! Last night the girls and I went to a new spot. At 5 pm. Hyvee has a restaurant. Well some guy seated us ask what we wanted to drink and never came back others came were seated got the food are it and we still sat there I flagged down a gal and she brought us water At 6 pm we left. What the hell kind of customer service is that I well tell all my friends!! Word of mouth spreads fast
clean, well stocked, great specialty areas.
Their breakfast buffet is no longer worth the money after they recently made changes. Not worth the money.
