Shop here all the time. Last night I went to the meat counter at 9pm-1hr before closing and the guy at the counter saw me turned around and walked out the black door for a min or two . Just left me waiting there. When he did approach me he had a poor attitude saying "what do you want" order two kabobs and he didn't even wrap them that well. One side was completely unfolded. I had ordered groceries online and scheduled to pick them up after running errands. I picked them up at the scheduled time and when I got home realized they forgot to my eggs I ordered but had charged me for them. I called & talked to a manager who offered to bring them to my house but I knew I had more errands to do later. I went to pick up my eggs & not only did I get my money back but also a gift card for the inconvenience. Thank you Hy-Ver! That's true excellent customer service!�
Hmm.... disappointed in the Hy-Vee online shopping. I only got 29 of the 42 items, no reception, I called 2 hours ago and no call back. Won't do that again. #Hyvee
They are always friendly smile's, shelves are always fully stocked, and i never have any problems finding what i need. Love the fuel saver points and the big sales they have! Plan on returning as often as i can�
I love meeting my friends there on Monday to play BINGO & having lunch with them there we switch off sometimes we get Chinese and then other times we get the salad bar and it's awesome
Rating is not based on store but on experience I had. Sharing to warn others. I was here at 1 am to get snacks with a friend, we had pulled up and saw a company car(not for hyvee) pull up and park in a different isle than us and walked in, we came out and the car was parked on the drivers side and when I was walking over to get in a glanced inside and saw a man masturbating and yes I did see genitals, I looked up at him and he was staring right at me, BE CAREFUL!!!! This incident has been reported to the store and LPD.
I find the store to be clean and well stocked. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
