I've decided I love Hyvee! They didnt deliver everything my daughter ordered for me, but a driver showed up about 5 minutes ago with the missing items and a personal apology. And when I opened the bag there was a written apology and a gift card...very classy, Randy P. Thank you!

Best Customer service. Jon c out of springfield hy-vee. Above and beyond. In the parking lot replaced a broken jar for us.
Long time HyVee shopper and have always had enjoyed the quality and selection. That is until Saturday 2/28. I stopped in to get a few things including hamburger. I told the young man I wanted the 93/7% mix. I watched as he scooped up my order only to watch him reach down and grab a handful of the cheaper 90/10. I called him out on what he had done and at first, he denied it. Then he owned up to what he had done.
I am very glad there is a HyVee in Springfield. It is a great source for pet products, and I love the frozen food section.
I would like to have more name brands offered. Otherwise great shopping.
I like Dena in the Sandwich Shop. She's friendly and always has a smile on her face! She makes the best sandwiches!!!
