My family LOVES Hyvee. We love their fruit. And the employees are so helpful and kind and they always smile.
Out of state traveler, saw a terrible situation involving a child. Asked the man behind the counter to call the cops he refused. Said he had better things to do.
Love everything about this place. Their value. Their quality. Their customer service. They make grocery shopping a pleasure.
Meat and seafood areas have VERY helpful employees and good selection, Gatorade is usually on sale, salad bar is stocked and yummy, lines move quickly, flower shop is decent, and kids cooking classes are great! It is worth the drive from Ozark! We've haven't tried the bakery yet though...
I am always pleasantly surprised when I visit this store! I love the sales, the quality of the employees & the high level of customer service!! My husband & I was there & a sweet gentleman by the name of Charles D helped me with putting my groceries on the belt! Wouldn't even let me touch them!! What a sweet Lil man! Never disappointed!
I really like Hy-vee, although I was very disappointed when I went the other night around 8:30 and the parking lot was very dark. They only had one row of lights on that was next to the building and they did not light up the closest cart returns. There were 4 or 5 more rows of lights that could have been on. I understand trying to save money, but I was a little leary while there. So much goes on these days. I love how everything has its own area its always got good deals
We also recently discovered Hy-Vee in Springfield. I cannot say enough great things about this store! The selection is amazing, and the employees are the best I've ever seen! I don't see myself shopping anywhere else, which says a lot, because I live 40 miles away. Thank you!!
