My little five year old son is smitten for a little lady at school, he decided he needed a blue rose for Valentine's Day because "of course her favorite color is blue" he told me. when I got to the store I could not find any blue roses or flowers so the amazingly hopeful floral department painted a white rose blue for me! He was so excited to give her the rose. My son received the biggest hug.
Ruined my husbands surprise for me this year. He had to be out of town and so he ordered flowers to be delivered. They never arrived. He called last night, but floral was closed and the manager on duty said they couldn't do anything. DIdn't offer to have them call my husband and take care of things, no he was expected to call back. When he called today, their response was that they were probably delivered to the wrong address. They offered to deliver them today or refund his money. Really??? I had a good experience at Hy-vee yesterday. I do most of the time I shop there. It's a clean store which is nice compared to some other places.
I've been to this Hyvee on several occasions. Just wanted to commend an individual named Colt. I have never forgotten my credit card before or been short on cash at the register. I was pretty embarrassed to end up being short. Colt paid a remainder of 13.00 of my purchase. It was an extremely kind gesture that shouldn't go unnoticed. I did go back to pay Colt back, but still wanted others to know of Colts kindness.

Absolutely loved your DISH meal workshop last night. We prepared 7 unique meals for the freezer. This service is going to save us so much time during the week. We can't even grocery shop in the time it took to finish these meals. Can't wait for the next.
I wrote a review before because I was disappointed in my service. I took it down because I changed my mind and started to like my service, especially the delivery, which I will continue to use for the convenience. However, I purchased formula for my 9 month old, and it was expired, and I did receive a refund, I checked the rest of the formulas and they will all expired! I've always had positive experiences at Hy-Vee. Yesterday was just more icing on the proverbial cake. We were attending the recognition ceremony for first responders, in Hy-Vee's parking lot. In addition to the ceremony, they were giving all first responders a free breakfast. A pleasant surprise when the management also included the participants in the ceremony to partake of the breakfast. They truly ROCK !!
We have been pretty loyal customers to Hyvee since we moved to the area 7 years ago; however when the online shopping began last year this busy mama of 6 kids was hooked. Yesterday something happened that knocked me on the floor with appreciation.
