The employees at this location are great! I've had random employees come up to my often melting down children in attempt to cheer them up. Once my 3 year old dumped his little shopper in training cart over and an employee came over to make sure he was okay, told him he didn't need to cry (he thought he was in trouble), and helped him pick up his groceries. We only do are shopping at this location and this is why. I have 2 little boys under 5 and single parent, so they go everywhere with me. While doing are shopping I need to keep them entertained so I have them sing. Well yesterday while doing are grocery shopping we were singing are ABCs (and other songs)and the employees walking around started to sing with them. I got a coupon in the mail for a family meal deal for 19.99. I ordered in advance and thought they knew what I wanted. I got to Hyvee to pick it up and the order wasn't even ready. They gave chicken breasts instead of wings, and they weren't even hot. Even though the pizza was o.k. I don't think I will be doing business here again.
Me and 3 of my friends got treated like queens by Christopher & Victor in the eatery. Thanks, guys, for the extra special service. We had fun with you.
Good selection, great promotional sales, and now they have a bar in the grocery store. That's straight up future level stuff right there.
