Here's my problem! You guys hold a "2-day" sale and everything is wiped out within 3-4 hours! Fareway just opened up down the street! They held a 2 day special and guess what? ?? On day 2 there was still a ton of everything left! Their prices rocked! And NO LIMIT! And still plenty left on day 2! I just visited hyvee on 26th & sycamore! Day one of 2 day sale! NOTHING LEFT!!!! Good luck hyvee!
Used to be my favorite store then you had to go and tear it up like the others. Tried shopping there tonight and it was ridiculous. I will be avoiding this store until the end of the remodel.
I'm so glad to be back to my Sycamore Hy Vee. This is one of the most helpful Hy Vee's I've ever been to.
Love this store.....just filled up our car with 20 gallons and paid $2.38.
I just had a really awkward experience at hyvee and I shop here because usually I really enjoy the people at the sycamore and 26th street location, but as I was bagging my own groceries (6 months pregnant) while I saw employees joking around on there walkie talkies and just standing around while other people were being helped with theirs, my cashier could not count the $229 cash that I handed her so I stood there for another 15 minutes helping her count this money. Tonight one of the most upstanding people I know was treated like a common low life criminal over a very simple and very common misunderstanding price difference $2.50. With no prior issues to any of the corporations other locations and spending a pretty decent amount, I would say that this could have been handled with more consideration and understanding. Just moved to Sioux Falls, am appalled that Hy-Vee has the monopoly here. Very little choice in the cuts of meat and choice in the vegetable section. Have yet to find any organic meat. Have struggled to find any of the brands that we are used to.
