The buffet at the Hy-vee Market Grille today was just terrible. There was no food left on the buffet at 12 Noon. I do not understand why they continued to seat people for the buffet when there was no food. I paid 12.99 for a 3 dollar breakfast at best.
I had a horrible experience and finally after 2 calls got a better response...
Great food and service. Hope to see them put in an oatmeal bar for breakfast
Meat was brown in the "fresh meat dept." they put it right back in cooler to sell to someone else. � gross.
Again a terrible experience at your store! 3 checkers working as quickly as possible to scan customers items, lines growing, 1 bagger, the customer ahead of me had a item I hadn't seen before so I asked him where he found it and if someone could go grab me 1...( I had a full cart so they could have been back before the cashier was done ringing up my other items) nope female manager just stood there chatting & laughing as we are bagging & loading our own groceries into the cart. Customer service not very good! I was looking for a certain product and couldn't find it, no employe bothered to ask if I needed help, when I found someone I asked where I could find what I was looking for,they seemed very moody and said, " I don't know and walked away! So I left my full cart and left the store!
