The catering department here is phenomenal!! They did our sides, cupcakes, wedding cake, and surprise groom's cake. Our guests had nothing but compliments about our food! The staff was attentive and courteous. Jeff and his team will go above and beyond to help with whatever you need. We are so happy we used Hyvee for our wedding!!
I just went there for food and went up to pay. And I been before not in uniform and received a military discount when shown my military ID. Well today one of the managers said I could not get the discount because I'm not in uniform. But I did have my ID. She was discriminating on me because I'm not active duty. I might be in the guard but it should be equal all the way across Active guard and reserve. I been in the guard for five year and never felt so discriminated for being in the guard. Great food and service ;) Will be back this Sunday!
After work, me and my fellow coworkers would come here for the weekend breakfast buffet. It was reasonably priced and drinks were included and there was no server to tip. We went there today and the price had doubled, drinks are an extra charge and there is a server that expects to be tipped, adding an extra cost. What used to cost $8 is now over $20. It was very disappointing. We will not be coming back.
Best all round .Deli is fantastic store has a huge selection of fresh fruit, meat, produce,and service.
