I get almost all of my supplies and equipment from these guys. The owner and his team always treat us very well. Before buying a machine Chris came out and demoed it for us, taught us how to use it, gave us more than fair pricing, and did not pressure us to purchase. Never had a negative experience, and if I did, they are the type of people that would bend over backwards to resolve it. Highly recommend.

The staff are wonderful (especially Yolanda), but the owner Chris is the rudest business owner I've ever met. He's grouchy, standoffish, and will rip you off. If you are buying some basic stuff like chemicals, mops, etc, you won't have to deal with the owner, but if you purchase any equipment that will require any future servicing (like a battery replacement) than you'll have the misfortune of dealing with Chris.
