Well I'd like to give a good review because I was so extremely excited to try this restaurant but I can't. We have never been here and thought we would take our mother here for Mother's Day because she saw this on DDD. They turned off their phones on MOTHERS DAY (one of the busiest days of the year for restaurants) and didn't mention anywhere on their site they would be CLOSED for the remainder of the evening. First time I had been here...everything wonderful,had brisket, corn something,bbq speg.....will b back!!
Tell ya what....the food was plenty. The stuffed mushrooms were spectacular and we had the best long island tea Ive ever had and i had 2. I think the prices are a little hi on the entree like the catfish $18 for example and we waited a bit for the drinks and mushrooms. But i was in good company! :) we will go back to try some other things.
I really enjoyed the live band ! The food was delicious, loved the atmosphere! It was our first visit, but it won't be are last ! I also wanted to say that our waitress was very nice and the manager put the ball game on for us and then the hockey game.They were very accommodating. :)
Ran out of the crab boil before the main dinner rush. Then took over an hour and forty minutes to get a meal. Very bad management in my opinion. Was told the kitchen was very busy but other tables came ate and left long before we decided to leave. I will not go back
I love this place it's the only place that makes me feel like I'm back home in Texas since I moved to STL �
