In 2015 they installed a A/C. They were the only company that would install it in my attic everyone else wanted to hang individual units in each room. Fast forward to 2021 and the compressor shorted out. They went above and beyond to get it under warranty but part of the issue was my fault. Being charged for work that was never done. Company was called to the house to give an estimate and we told it would cost 89.00 for a service call. The estimated was way more then expected. We declined the work to be completed. We then recieved a bill that was close to 200.00 for installing a faucet- that’s what the statement said on the bill! No work was completed at all!

We were contacted by ********* ****** for an estimate to install her supplied faucet and connect drain on tub that was installed by themselves. At that time our labor rate to install customer supplied parts was $90.00/hr. + any parts and material from dispatch to finish. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE~ $700.00 for simple garbage disposal install and short snake drain in about 1 hour!!! Do not use them!!

In response to customer complaint. We were contacted for a plugged sink and disposal issue on 7/31/20. We scheduled a technician to be dispatched that day for a service call. When he arrived he noted the kitchen sink line was plugged from the disposal not working, informed the customer and quoted a new disposal and line cleaning and was told to proceed. Had an appointment today at somewhere between 2-4pm. Which required me to leave work 3 hrs early. Wasn't anything major, just being a first time homeowner wanting to learn about my furnace and to make sure it's function properly. Received a phone call @ 3:35 saying he's having a hard time getting someone to my house. Wanted to know if we could reschedule. It was their idea to do today from 2-4. It probably cost me as much in lost time at work, than the amount of the service call.
