the work was good
When I told him my problem, he checked the access at the street, and determined that it was a city problem and to call them and they will come out and fix the problem. That is what I did and it didn't cast me. Great help HVAC, Thank You
I thought he was a rip-off. After he left I thought about what I paid for him to plunge a toilet (he did not even snake the line), remove a sink drain to remove a hair clog, and rplace a rubber seal on the toilet tank (for which he charged a fee for a partial rebuild!), it was outrageous. I would not recommend him.
They were good.. but left hand prints on my house as well as some trash I picked up. Also when they rebuilt my shroud... the rubber caulk around the entire product is pretty messy. They did a good overall job though.
AC went out during Hurricane Irene; estimate & repair were conducted very quickly (w/in days), which was great b/c I've got an infant & 2 dogs that cannot tolerate the summer heat; reasonable cost & didn't try to upsell additional material/repair that was not necessary. Plan to use again for future service needs.

These guys were good. I've actually called them out twice--once for a fan issue and once to replace a capacitor. I would use them again any time.
