I have not been impressed with the technicians. They take much longer than I would expect and longer than they promised to do anything. They didn't have the parts need to repair my heat pump. The parts were all supposed to be in within 3 days. It took en 10 days. They don't call when they agreed they would. I was waiting for a call that a part that was needed had come in. The technicians from HVAC Warehouse were very professional and completely in awe, as they looked upon the furnace that they were replacing (house built in 1957, original furnace still in home, built by GMAC). Thjey were able to asses the situation as there were no blue prints, remove the old furnace and replace it with a new unit the same day. I would recommend HVAC Warehouse to all my friends.

To make a long story short I used this company to have my ducts clean. So the ratings is based on that service and not any other service they provide. I had two sets of techs come out and "clean" my ducts. Both times it looked like no one had touch them. Techs didn't even know how to use the equipment provided. I will give the company credit for their employees. All the people I spoke to was friendly and professional. Big communication problem within the company though. There were several delays in the contractor's arrival due to unforseen emergency repair work. But I was disappointed in the fact that no one bothered to call me. I was left waiting the entire day and I had to call them to find out they would not be able to complete the job that day. This happened twice!!!

Was not happy with the technicians efforts. Registers were left untaped during service and some were left still taped when they left. They attempted to clean the dryer vent and lent etc. is all over the wall and window frame in the laundry room I left it in case any one wants to see the work or lack there of done. He left a piece of his shop vac in the laundry room. Smell was terrible coming from the vents after cleaning. Caused nasal congestion in my son and myself. Had to take him to the dr. The repairman was from Service Mechanical of Tidewater. He did excellent work.
