Visak was very professional and took care of us even though it took him to come to our house 3 times.
Sal came out to service my dishwasher twice. He was friendly but professional. The top shelf rollers needed replacement. He ordered the parts before he left which made the shipping quick. Replacement parts came in 2 days. The whole thing was completely repaired inside a week!! I would recommend this remarkably reliable appliance repair to anyone!

Visak, our tech was excellent! He made a good, honest effort to solve problem but in the end (once the problem was identified) we decided it was going to be easier just to replace our 14 yr old washer. However, we will certainly call "The Doctor" again if we ever have a major appliance problem! :-)
This company pretty much only hires the best appliance workers. I've had them come out to do all the checkups and address multiple issues and they make themselves available when we need including late in the evening and they do everything with a professionalism and friendliness! Sean which helped us when we had a flood was patient and worked with us on our timetable. He was there early. Quick and efficient
I needed an inspection of gas vents for major appliances after roofing. Your company did a great job. At the same time I asked for furnace maintenance. This was done well. I intend to continue with Appliance Doctors for future work.
