Having trouble with my a/c. Called to inquire about service. She asked for my address. She then said "they don't service my area. They are in Montclair and I am in Upland. I live less than 15 minutes away. When I asked where they are located she wouldn't answer my question just repeatedly said we don't service your area. Not sure how they got 5 star service.
Whenever our daughter's air conditioner was on, it would be pretty noisy and bothersome. We had a professional technician work on the unit, and soon the noise had disappeared. The service fee was minimal too.
