Wish I could give them minus 5 stars. Our AC broke down after 3 yrs, brought from this company Since 2 months we try to get a new one under warranty. The worse part is that we don’t have an AC and with this heat in AZ. The problem is that they lost the warranty because the guy who sold it, isn’t working there anymore. That means that all the warranties he made got lost The customer service is really bad, there are no words for.
