Loved the tour!! We scored 2 spots as a wait lister for the Open House. We got to see the delivery of the chilies and how the chilies were roasted. HFF also gave us swag and free food samples, and all for free. Thumbs up.
I've loved Sriracha for a long time. Last year was the first time I visited the factory and I'm even more in love. If you are in SoCal during their chili grinding, I recommend visiting. It costs nothing, you get to experience their immaculate warehouse plus they give you a free shirt a small bottle of Sriracha and deliciously Sriracha spiked treats.

I surprised my husband with the tour of Huy Fong's Sriracha plant for our anniversary, and it was fabulous! He's a Sriracha fan from way back. Claudia was our tour guide, and she was excellent. We look forward to our visit in September when the chilies are processed. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
