Robert came and cleaned my whole 2nd floor including steps...he confirmed and came and did a fantastic job, he provided me with foot covers and whatever he used my upstairs smell wonderful, so happy with his work!! I will be referring u again and the price was good!! THANKS

My phone broke before my appointment and I couldn't relieve or give phone calls. I was waiting at my house for an hour past the appointment time and called to see what was going on. He told me It was my fault he didn't show up because I did not answer my phone. He proceeded to answer my questions by simply saying "yep" over and over. He then told me he would not be able to reschedule until next Tuesday when I needed it specifically done today as my appointment was for TODAY. Had other companies in the past and his services were by far superior - Robert educated us and wasn't pushing anything down our throats to buy. Great service and even better outcome on our carpets!!!
