Wow is all I can say. Friendly, professional, and thorough. We've never seen our carpets so clean. He got some very difficult stains out from my dog soiling the carpet that I thought wouldn't come out. He gave us tips to clean the rug if she has another accident. He also got it done pretty quickly and for a good price.

I haven’t had my carpet cleaned in over 8 years. I was worried and a little ashamed but OMG, not only is Robert super friendly and professional. He made me feel better and said don’t worry.
