All the staff are so patient and really make a point of greeting the pet with soothing voices, calling them by name and getting down to their level to talk with them. Storm is getting much calmer, less anxious, every time we visit. Looking forward to their groomer returning later this year. She was so good with Storm😊

HIGHLY recommend this place. I usually take my dog to Litchfield vet, but in a pinch, they were able to squeeze my pup in the next day. got the best care & staff are very friendly! Even got a call the next day checking in to see how the dog was doing! will be returning!!!!

Treated my new family dog very well. He had some surgery. They called today to see how he was the day after surgery. Explained what we needed to do at home in detail. All is going as expected. Knowledgeable staff.
